No, he really doesn't. He's a nice player, but I think it's time to give up on this Percy Harvin silliness. He is who he is. And that's ok.

I agree with Carl here. If Shep had not been pegged with the 5-star label, we'd hardly discuss him.

In fact, the number of recruiting stars that the WR's have is one of two reasons (the other is the emergence of OBJ) that the LSU WR corps is not being labeled as a glaring weakness of the team.

For LSU's passing game to be the aerial assault that fans are clamoring for, the WR's will have to start fulfilling some of that hype.

I disagree, respectfully of course. The guy has shown flashes that he can be a Percy Harvin tpye. His freshman and sophomore year he was lined up in the back field and made some pretty impressive plays. He has the potential, he needs the opportunity.
