Do yall buy for the night or make the biweekly big trip to the store?

I used to make the biweekly trip to the commissary and buy 200 bucks worth of goods. Now I find myself buying for the night more and more. I'll just stop at Brookshire's on the way home and get what I want to make for dinner that night. Sometimes it's hamburger helper, sometimes it's steak and potatoes.
It's probably cheaper to make the big trips, because I would plan a little more. But even so I'd still have to go every few days for some stuff because I wouldn't buy 2 weeks worth of meat and milk. Of course, when I buy for just a day or two, I never get snacks and other crap like that either.

shite, I go the the grocery at least 3 times a week. I never get more than will fit in the little handheld basket. But then again, I live within a minute or two of a Winn Dixie and a Publix.
I check for weekly specials for both these and shop accordingly.

I usually just stock up on meat and a few other things bi weekly. But I always find myself hitting the store daily to pick up bread, milk, salad, etc. stuff that's better to buy when you're ready to use.

bi-weekly ish. I spend about $100.. and then my SO takes me out to dinner 1-2 times a week. Once in a while I'll go to the store and pick up bread or milk between trips.

I buy all the condiments and lunch/breakfast/box stuff on my one big weekly trip.
If I'm planning on cooking a dinner, I just go pick up what I need on the way home from work.

I like to go once and make it last a couple weeks. I don't buy any bullshite though.

Prob once a week... But can be all over the map... Sometimes I look in a stocked fridge and decide I don't want any of that stuff... So I may go to store, or out to eat, or just stop at the bar and drink dinner... So many options...
