Cost is not that big a deal since we already bought the deluxe Disney pre-paid meal plan which I plan on using to its fullest!

Good move.

Make sure you call to reserve your seating, especially at Le Cellier, because reservations are harder to come by.

However, if you hear the story about no reservations are available, go by the restaurant the day you would like to go before they open and chances are, they will have some cancellations.

Reservations can be made online. When I made them in December all restaurants for that evening were listed with times available on one page. It made it very easy. I don't remember the link but I was directed there when I tried to make reservations at an individual Disney Resturant...

The Yachtsman Steakhouse kicks Le Celliers face in as far as the steaks go and is a lot easier to get a reservation. Le Cellier is more of a mythical figure since it's usually very difficult to get a reservation for it. Dont get me wrong it's good and convenient if you are trying to eat at Epcot but the Yachtsman has better steaks and is just a slightly longer walk. You can get to the Yachtsman taking the pathway toward the Boardwalk.
