My 4 season tickets and parking pass will cost me about $4,000 next year.

TAF Fee - $500/per
Tickets - est. $50/per game
Parking Pass - $400

That's $500 per game. I'm seriously thinking whether or not it's worth it.

I could dish out $300/ticket for Bama, $150/ticket for South Carolina, $100/ticket for Washington, Ole Miss and MS St. And still save $1000.

Damn. I shouldn't have looked at it like this.

Unless you want to sit in the same seat every time and hate looking for tickets, then no they're not.

Only thing maybe is for away game tickets and bowl games. And those are only good for the high demand ones.

I'm with ya pal. I have had 2 tix since 2001 and I ask this question every year. I will probably never give them up, but it irks me to no end when friends of mine pay face and sometimes less than face and sit in seats better than mine.

find someone to share the tickets with you, keep in your name and negotiate which games each will attend

Better yet start a home business and write the tickets off- make sure you take "business clients: with you and talk biz at the game

I gave up mine a few years ago for this reason. My sideline seats were over 2500. Couldn't justify pay over 3 bills for a game against North Texas. I just spend the money on the 2 or 3 good games. Saves me a fortune and used the extra money to buy extra saints tickets to sell since they are worth so much more.

500 a game for Townsend st or northwestern anew all the rest of the shite games.

Face it, tiger stadium is alive 2-3 times a yr.
It's reason I love road games.

true, but the only really suck games should be towson, north texas, and idaho. washington should be pretty good, and conference games are conference games

I only pay $550 total for my ticket and it's almost not worth it.

You're right on Loyal Tiger. I've been a long time season ticket holder and share your same thoughts. Additionally, the priority point system is a what have you done for me lately thing.

The older tiger faithful are forgotten. I've been giving my money to LSU for nearly 40 years and can't get a ticket to the BCS Champ game.

So, is it worth it?

$10 to get on the wait list is worth it. You get at least 4 home games, probably 5 next season, and you only pay face value. I sold my Arkansas tickets last season and it paid for the tickets to the other games.

My priority points were good enough to get season tickets last season if I wanted to sit by myself so I declined them and went with the mini plan. Also, none of my seats were in the upper deck last season... Usually on the corner of an endzone. FWIW.
