I never said I felt sorry for him but I kinda do. His life is ruined and he embarrassed innocent people (the victim, his family, etc.) He was drunk and he wasn't thinking. I'm not defending him but no one in their right mind (and alcohol impairment isn't right mind) rubs his junk on another person.

One drunken act of stupidity was egged on by other Alabama fans. They should all face the music, not just the Teabagger.

RST, this dude will be a hero to all the Gumps in every trailer park that flies the Big "A" flag in Bama much like Updike is a hero to them.

However, a worker in the restaurant picked up trays while this was going on and did nothing. The workers on the clock in Krystal have something to answer to as well, IMO.

There's something to say about someone who works a fast food restaurant for minimum wage and that would be they probably don't have a whole lot of smarts.

§43.1. Sexual battery

A. Sexual battery is the intentional touching of the anus or genitals of the victim by the offender using any instrumentality or any part of the body of the offender, or the touching of the anus or genitals of the offender by the victim using any instrumentality or any part of the body of the victim, when any of the following occur:

(1) The offender acts without the consent of the victim.

(2) The act is consensual but the other person, who is not the spouse of the offender, has not yet attained fifteen years of age and is at least three years younger than the offender.

(3) The offender is seventeen years of age or older and any of the following exist:

(a) The act is without consent of the victim, and the victim is prevented from resisting the act because either of the following conditions exist:

(i) The victim has paraplegia, quadriplegia, or is otherwise physically incapable of preventing the act due to a physical disability.

(ii) The victim is incapable, through unsoundness of mind, of understanding the nature of the act, and the offender knew or should have known of the victim's incapacity.

(b) The act is without consent of the victim, and the victim is sixty-five years of age or older.

B. Lack of knowledge of the victim's age shall not be a defense. However, normal medical treatment or normal sanitary care shall not be construed as an offense under the provisions of this Section.

C.(1) Whoever commits the crime of sexual battery shall be punished by imprisonment, with or without hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, for not more than ten years.

(2) Whoever commits the crime of sexual battery on a victim under the age of thirteen years when the offender is seventeen years of age or older shall be punished by imprisonment at hard labor for not less than twenty-five years nor more than ninety-nine years. At least twenty-five years of the sentence imposed shall be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

(3) Whoever commits the crime of sexual battery by violating the provisions of Paragraph (A)(3) of this Section shall be imprisoned at hard labor for not less than twenty-five years nor more than ninety-nine years. At least twenty-five years of the sentence imposed shall be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

My question is this: Does the fact that Teabagger knew his victim was incapacitated fall under A3aii?

It would be hard to say he didn't after watching that video. The best thing for him to do is get the best deal that he can bargain for.

Tigress....

I posted that already. Not that it matters.

But if this guy or a person just like him were to do that to my niece.... I would be in more trouble than he is.

He wouldn't have to worry about playing with his nuts.

I hardly feel compassion for the goof.

does this mean that he's labeled as a sex offender and can't live within so many blocks of a school and can't go to any of his kids school functions?

I don't know about La. law but in Ms. he could because his crime wasn't against a child.

I kind of feel sorry for the guy. Before you rake me over the coals, I am disgusted by what he did. He was drunk and did a very stupid thing which could ruin his life if the gets the max on all charges. He embarrassed himself, his family and the victim. He lost his job and the ability to support his child.

With all the notoriety he has gotten, he'll probably have a difficult time finding another job once (and IF) he gets past his legal troubles. Teabagger's actions were the results of drunkenness and the mob mentality with all the other Gumps egging him on.

I am in no way condoning what he did but how many people have done stupid stuff because of the mob mentality?? More than any of us would like to admit.

I listened to the phone interview with his sheriff cousin and the dude has never been in trouble before (to his cousin's knowledge): Sheriff Taylor interview

I also listened to Sam (the alleged victim) on Finebaum: Sam

Sam has an attorney and has been in contact with the NOPD. He told NOPD he didn't remember anything, even going to Krystal. Who knows if he will be in court when Teabagger has his day? My favorite quote from Sam's interview that he went to Krystal to get a sackful. Oh the irony! He also said his girlfriend won't talk to him anymore. That part I don't get unless he was a total AH to her before he passed out.

Booking info

I hope that everyone out there learns a lesson from this incident (other than the obvious one of: When you're drunk, don't put your junk on a passed out drunk). Every action has consequences and I'm sure had this guy had foresight to know what could happen as a result, he wouldn't have screwed up his life. I wonder if he remembers all of the details of what he did? Before anyone criticizes me on that, I had a gun pulled on me by a drunk guy who was on the verge of a drunken blackout and the next day, he claimed to not remember.

The entire situation is really sad.

I'll get off my soapbox now.

Not so fast (ha!) Everyone who has joined in the quest for this guy and commented on Teabagger and what they'd do to him needs to settle down and let the judicial system handle it from this point forward. Otherwise you're acting in the same mob mentality that got Teabagger in trouble in the first place.

I heard the "Sam" interview was a staged deal by Finescum...

I feel no remorse for him. If he got drunk and killed someone, Raped someone, or whatever, he has to be accountable for his actions. no one held a gun to his head and told him to drink, or to teabag...

I got that. No one forced him to do anything but we have all done stupid things under the influence. Some of the things, i.e. Teabagger, are just more stupid than others.

Until I hear differently, I have to assume that the Sam interview was legitimate. I've been following this on a Facebook group and a few of the facebook "investigators" claimed to have talked to "Sam."

Teabagger's situation is still sad, just like Ramsey Dardar, Cecil Collins. Throwing your life away over dumb shite is just sad and I shake my head and say WTF.

If this had been a 20 year old kid, I might feel some sympathy. But by one's 30s, one should have a better handle on how much alcohol is enough, etc.

I don't want him dead, or beat up or even tea bagged, but I am glad he lost his job and is facing charges.
