He coached Washington's new QB to over 3,000 yards passing with 33 TDs and only 11 Ints.
His offense also featured a 1400 yard RB.

I would take Nussmeier in a heartbeat. By far better than the other two guys imo.

Got to be weird for Schottenheimer since I was told in another thread he was already hired.

Maybe Bama is just applying the Bear Bryant recruiting tool of stockpiling all the talent, just using OC's this time??
He would be a good hire

Um, Washington was 96th in scoring offense last year. I still think we can do a lot better.

I have seen you post extremely negative things about every candidate rumored to be interviewing for the OC position.
Just who exactly would YOU, oh wise one, pick to be our next coordinator?

You do realize their best player and starting QB was hurt for most of the season right?

He would be a big loss for us. Him and Sark have been fantastic at developing QB's so far. He doesn't call the plays, Sark does, so if Alabama gave him complete control of the offense it wouldn't surprise me to see him go. He's been courted for head coaching jobs at smaller school like San Jose St I believe, but he shoots those down pretty quickly because he really likes it at Washington.

He joined the Fresno State staff after having spent two seasons as the quarterbacks coach for the St. Louis Rams on the staff of head coach Scott Linehan, a former UW offensive coordinator.
Was he on the staff with Coach Mac?

I did not see much of Wash but liked what I saw in the bowl game.

He was at Michigan State from 2003-05. He was there with Alabama's OL coach, Jeff Stoutland.
