At least Greg McElroy was man enough to put his name on it

Given the mess we are hearing about the Jets locker room, seems to me McElroy felt strong enough to put his name on it. Anonymous is cowardly anyway you look at it.
Must be a lot of problems there. Shotty left.

look who their coach is. Of course there's problem with that team. Dude might know his stuff but he's a clown.

You can have a coach do those things, when you have solid team captains, like Santonio Holmes & Mark Sanchez, holding the team together with their leadership.

I agree. McElroy, the 3rd string, showed way more leadership and balls than the entire Jets franchise. Something needs to be done to right the ship, and it seems like Rex Ryan isn't willing to turn it around. Not saying he needs to be fired, but something needs to be done.

I am still surprised he said it publicly. Reason being is the fact that his Dad is a veteran of NFL Front Offices.

Didn't he say it on a local Alabama sports radio show? I think sometimes athletes are more loose-lipped when talking to Joe Bob and Jimbo doing an afternoon radio show in Alabama, than they would be on ESPN.

Going to your home town and spewing off about how the lockerroom is for a team youve barely been a part of this season is leadership?
I agree anybody talking to the media is being a terrible teammate but This doesnt make McElroys comments any better.
The reason youre hearing all this crap and fallout from the Jets is because Rex Ryan allows it with his "anybody can say anything they want policy" which works wonders when youre winning and everything is going great but as soon as the doors come a bit unhinged then the wall comes crashing down because you havent set any discipline down.
