Just said on College football live. Not happy with NC game. Only 3 catches

He needs to come back. No reason for him to leave.

If he wants more money, he should comeback.

He said that, or they said that?

yep, that was the trend when JJ became the primary QB in the Ala game.
yardage/game cut in half, and catches/game reduced significantly....
Plus that 7 to 1 td differential.

Shep and Randle making emotional decisions.
Should wait as long as possible to decide.

Can't say I blame him. He did enough the first 3/4 of the season to be drafted.
I have never understood the whole staying in school thing when you can go and be paid a small fortune immediately. You could get hurt and end your playing career tomorrow and school will always be there if you want to go back and finish your degree.

And people don't think Monday night will hurt the program?

Some players are unconcerned with draft status, some just want to start their NFL career like Ridley.
Risk injury is a big factor. It's not all about being a first round pick. Don't criticize a decision based on a player just deciding he's ready to start a pro career and get paid for doing something so demanding and time consuming without having to worry about school. The BCS game has no bearing on these decisions just so everyone knows. Every situation is different.

So his tweet saying 'its all on me' in reference to Shep declaring for draft means what ?
Posted on 1/11/12 at 2:53 pm to GeauxZone90
they are just guessing of course he wasn't happy with the game

hope he stays 1 more year. Next year is his ticket.

Smart kid. Only a matter of time before his knee got blown out blocking for bubble screens.

He did have close to 1000 yards on the season. Could get more if he returns but it really is up to him.

It's a tough decision to make.
If someone would have told me when I was a college junior that they were going to pay me real well to leave college early and work a job that I was pretty good at doing, that I really like, only work real hard for about 6 months a year and only work part time the rest of the year, and have plenty of time to go back to school and get my degree, I would have had to seriously think about it.
For some guys, they just might want to go to work rather than stay in school. Sometimes it's the right choice and sometimes it's not. It all depends on the individual.
