What I can't understand is that the best coach, the best team, is the most arrogant. Can you explain to me how so many good players with the best coaching who tell their recruits to come there if they want to be prepared for the next level, how can that team be 5th in the SEC with players in the NFL? Try LSU 2nd overall in the country behind Texas with USC, GA, Florida, AUBURN them the mighty crimson died.

Lacour - I do, but not because we lost, but because I can laugh about getting caught up in something that I do for fun. LSU sports is a break from the every day ins and outs. It make me appreciate why I am a fan no matter what and that there will always be a next year to come.
If you have time please go youtube and watch "Blessed" about the little boy named Tripp who sadly passed away today and you might understand.
I was not meaning this to be offensive to you or anyone else. Heck my first post here I was angry at CLM because JL was sent in to take a knee. I realized that it really doesn't matter why that happened or why CLM didn't make the changes Monday night. What it made me realize is that whether we are winning or lossing, that it gives me the opportunity to go out and tailgait with family and friends, share an experience with some of the best Tiger fans, and actually enjoy the back and forth of the taunting and teasing from the other team's fans.

I have been thinking along the same lines. They want to talk about beating themselves on Nov. 5th! We did nothing offensively to help ourselves at all on Jan. 9th, nothing.... not one bright spot on anything we did in that game offensively. But hey, I will hold the high road, lets see what happens next season when we meet..... We are gonna "ROll some dam Tide!"

I agree that Saban gets too much undeserved adulation from the media, but...FYI: 2012 Football Preseason Polls already out from NOLA and Athlon, both have LSU projected at No. 1. NOLA has Bama at No. 3 and Athlon has them at No. 4.
Early preseason polls don't count that much, but they are a definite start!
