49ers not scary and record is NFC-West-inflated

So the Rams didn't spring the upset....big deal. We get to see this great Saints team play more. No one is scared of the 49ers nor should they be. Their record is over inflated by playing in that division out West. We could still easily host the NFC Championship game. GB is beatable at home. Just look at the Lions today. Here's to a historical playoff run by our Saints.

Don't buy that. They are a very good football team.

Hosting is more important than the bye.

You sound like a tard both GB and SF are very good, as are the Saints.

Carl, this is a QB NFL. The 9ers have faced Jackson, Skelton, Bradford, Clemmons, Feeley, Kolb out West. Not very impressed. It is easliy the worst division in football at the QB position.
GB is very good. I said they are beatable at home. Reading comprehension. Practice it.

Good defense but subpar QB.

they have beaten Philly, Cincy, Pitt, Detroit, NYG. come on

They are good no doubt about that. However, they haven't looked all that great the past few weeks whereas the Saints are just blowing people out left and right.
SF has allowed receivers and TE's to run open easily enough which is quite surprising for a team with the best defense. Imagine our passing offense, really the only elite offense they will have faced all season, against them.
Their offense is pretty inept. No real threats on that side. The only reason the game is worrisome in the slightest is due to the west coast trip.

I think everyone was so busy responding to the first part of your post that they missed this little pearl of wisdom.
If a playoff team can't beat the Packers with their second string QB in the for the whole fricking game, how exactly does that support your conclusion of them being 'beatable'? The Saints Packers game would've been a much better example than the Lions probably losing the Packers minus Rodgers.

GB has owned the Falcons last 2 games. Our hopes would be on the Giants to beat the Falcons in the Wildcard game.
Giants can run on GB and can pass very well on them as well. The Giants also have a great pass rush which can slow down Rodgers and mess up their offense.

Oh and SF's SOS is .449, the Saints' SOS is .438
Those statistics include today's games.

49ers defense did a real good job against the Lions offense in Detriot.
I think you have to be pretty ignorant or just stupid to think the 49ers can't beat the Saints.
The bye week should really help with all the injuries.

What significant injuries have they even had? Willis already came back from injury.

We gonna hammer the 49ers

I don't care what anyone says, that record is a result of that division and schedule. Their SOS is ranked 30th for gods sake, possibly even lower after today.

I stand corrected. Bunch of pussies scared of SF in this thread.

I might actually be wrong, because SOS isn't completely determined for this season, but I'm going off of ESPN which has Saints as the weakest SOS in the whole NFL.

ETA: And the niners second weakest.

Odd that 2 of our 3 losses came against 2 of the 4 worst teams in the NFL.
