Shaqiri.
He was apparently high on Hodgson's "list" and could have been bought for a song a year ago... Im sure with his strong international appearances and CL run, his price has shot up (but still well within our price range).

I like him a lot too, well built and a cannon of a left leg...

Hey, don't shoot the messenger. I agree that it is the most over-used, inaccurate description of young midfielders coming up today. I was just in copy and paste mode this am.

Well, after today's joke of a verdict, I look for Liverpool to aggressively bid for Llorente, Hazard or anyone who can score goals.

Wasn't directing it at you.

You already spent a fortune on a guy who gets headed goals.

Juventus need a solid lb to continue their dominance of a solid serie A league this season

Agree that Juve needs to upgrade LB. Surprising they haven't bought Criscito or Balz-a-ready to further their marketing project as the Italian national club.

Does RvP move to Real Madrid/Barca?

Pay a fortune for someone unable to be registered for the CL?

It will be interesting to see if SAF breaks down and buys a central midfielder.

Agreed. ManU needs more creativity from that position. Christian Ericksen might be a little young to take over that position for the scum, but he fits the bill.

Yeah, I expect him to roll the dice on Cleverley's return, but I'm going to if he finally finds "value"

I agree that Neymar is overhyped at the moment, but I think the criticism of him here on the SB is a bit harsh. The kid is only 19 and he's got all the tools he needs to be highly successful. He does need to take the next step in his progression though. I think playing under Pep or Jose would do him wonders.

Jose would hammer Neymar. Neymar would have to mature quickly
