Why did no. 18, Matthew Slater, of the Patriots, walk up to Tebow after the game and kiss him on the right ear?

I like Tebow too, so this is not a shot at him, but when I was watching his interview yesterday, I thought that he looked kinda gay too. Its the first time that saw an interview with him and thought that.
