I personally don't think Army or Navy should be in the FBS. They could drop down a level, have a ton more sucess and still play FBS teams on occasion. The Army/Navy game would still be a huge deal and televised (ala Southern/Grambling). It just tears me up watching those teams get tore up by football factories cause they have unfair restrictions.
