he would owe it to his family to listen, no?
No, he wouldn't. He already makes roughly $4M a year, and he and his family are firmly entrenched in athens. They love the city, the schools, and the church. He has 4 kids, that's a big thing to just up and move halfway across the country for basically no monetary gain and a step down in job prestige/opportunity.

if you are so sure that Richt is Dawg for life why so many posts? If there is no chance he is leaving why do you care what anyone posts anywhere about it?
If someone posted "hey, your name is Geoffrey", your first reaction would be "um, no it's not". Right? Then if they said 'well I heard someone say that it definitely could be and might be' you'd say 'well you're wrong man. It definitely isn't. I know my own name and that's not it'. Right? Then if the continued on and on and on and on about what your name is, when YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR NAME IS, don't you think you would eventually get tired of hearing about it?
Same situation. Richt isn't going anywhere, and I enjoy telling these people how wrong they are.

dude it's cool, it's hard for them to understand the georgia/richt dynamic. he is loved here and he loves it here, he wants to be here. people think we are just homers but that's what the guy really says and seems to genuinely want.
he wants to start at georgia, be a legend, then retire at georgia. then missions.

Yes I do.

He's not gonna just let A&M throw the moon at him and turn it down all for the grace of Georgia.
Yes he will, but nevermind the fact we can give him whatever he wants too.

I don't think he leaves
Then why argue?

Thank goodness once we have Richt we won't have to worry about that anymore.
He is 0-1 against Oklahoma btw, and with MUCH better talent at FSU than at aTm.

Death bet!!! If Ritch leaves, Kat gets to kill WG. If he stays, WG gets to kill Kat!!

he is loved here and he loves it here,
Yall were ready to put the guy on his arse after the USC game. Hes going into the final year of his contract. If thats love than yall have a strange way of showing it. And yes I know as an LSU fan we are just as guilty.
Im just saying things like that are reasons richt will at least listen to what the aggies have to say.

Why allow him to get so close to the end of his contract if the fans support him and the school want him? You could have gotten an extension on the cheap after 2 down years.
It's because you would have fired him. And rightfully so if he had a down year. If he has a down year next year (3 of 4 years) you will fire him.
So A&M wants him. We offer a substantial raise. He either takes more money and stability or leverages an extension out of Georgia.
To think he declined the phone call is naive. After all, we are A&M

i still wouldn't mind seeing him leave, it would just frick us right now. and he ain't leavin, the pressure he got he deserved.
the only reason he's talk to aggy is to leverage georgia for a better deal. that is the only way.
that's the job, like i said he earned the pressure. but Georgia has given him every reason of a doubt. he knows he's wanted here, he also knows he has to win. and the guy has more than enough money already and again i just don't seeing richt hose us like this

Usually I don't mind your posts on the SECR.
But I can ASSURE you that I know more about our program than you ever will, and certainly more than you do at this moment, and I can guarantee you that Richt is not going to aTm. Assure you, guarantee you, promise you, swear to you, whatever else I can do. He ain't going, you aren't getting him. I don't care what your news outlets report or your rivals writers say or your message boards proclaim, Richt isn't leaving.
I say that with 100% certainty.
You on the inside breaux?

gotta think kirby would slide right into the job if richt left...and i doubt it would take very long for that to happen.
pretty obvious i think that richt is using aTm as leverage to get his contract extension asap.

You're motherfricking right, and we're Georgia. Which is why he isn't leaving. Thanks for making my point.
By the way, no head coach has left Georgia to be another coach somewhere else since the 1930s. Richt won't be the next.

And I thought I wouldn't enjoy the coaching change board as much as the conference realignment board.
If UTa would fire Mack and we could get some wronghorns on here I'd be at an Internet playground

And now i know that I can never and will never believe or respect anything else you ever post. That's even less likely than Richt leaving. And ther's only a 0% chance of Richt leaving.
