Ryan Baker - He stayed loyal to his commitment to LSU when FSU came calling. Has played hard since day one.

Ron Brooks - He has risen to every occasion. Works hard every day.

Josh Downs - When I read about him taking care of his paralyzed mother and crying when he was offered a scholly to LSU he won my heart. I know he is not a major player but I hope he gets his degree from LSU and has a wonderful life.

I'll admit, I liked how he got in the mix with the UGA players when they were standing over JJ talking shite during the championship game. Dude isn't scared of anyone.

I have a female friend, Arkansas grad, who knows nothing about LSU football, but she's fascinated by the name Barkevious Mingo.

Look his HS highlight film up on YouTube. Was a beast of a Defensive player that they put in as FB. Straight animal.

Gonna have to go with Mo!!! North La. boy who always seems down to earth in the interviews.

Another vote for Claiborne here. One of my favorite LSU players ever; look forward to rooting for him in the NFL soon.

This is a fun thread to read through. So many folks to choose from. I could list a ton but I'm a huge Loston fan and a big Randle fan as well. Really likable team this year.

I gotta go with the freshman Hard Hittin' Kenny Hillard. I watched his uncle as a kid and it's cool to see his nephew step right in and get it done!!!

Props to #21 DALTON HILLARD!!!!

JL.. he has been through alot and has been solid.
I wished his end would close like Matt Flynn's but it won't be. He was a classly kid and I thank him for representing LSU like he has.
