More tongue in cheek than anything. I dont recall miles saying anything in years past and the field was in much better shape.

Just think we might have 8 games next season, it'll be a mud pit by the 8th game. We've been really lucky in terms of not raining on gameday the past couple of years.

I remember the gumps had to bring in fans to blow on their grass, especially after their expansion. .

Gump Grass

Like someone said, an addition will make things even more problematic.

This is a great point. Imagine if we get rain during a football season, can you imagine the conditions of the field then.
