That is a valid concern, but you don't get on NFL staffs because of your ability to recruit. He's would be a different guy than Larry Porter. By virtue of being in the NFL it shows he knows how to coach, and we've all seen his recruiting successes.

I fthey do get Curtis Johnson, his most important hire will be DC. He needs to get an experienced DC and leave him alone.
