It was 4 missed field goals (1 blocked). The field goals were from 44, 50, 49, and 52. Why do people keep forgetting that these are far from gimmes.

Alabama went 1 for 4 in FGs of 40+ yards against LSU.

Alabama went 1 for 7 in FGs of 40+ yards against the rest of their schedule.

They're 2 for 11 on the in 40+ FGs for the season...that 25% performance against LSU improved Bama's distance kicking stats for the season.

Again, removing the kicking stats from the LSU game actually makes Alabama's season-long kicking statistics look worse.

Who else this year has LSU played with a better defense than UGA? Bama.......and look how close that was

Georgia has won straight games against shite teams. Dumb comparison. Nice try pup.

I get a little nervous before EVERY game. Seems like when I am confident we'll win easily, that's when it doesn't happen. Just me I guess. No question Ga is good team and with the right breaks can win. Hope it comes down to when we should take a knee, though.

The worst part about losing to UGA would be the shite Boise would spew. It would be absolutely miserable

Amen on that. If for no other reason, LSU should blow out GA just to dispel any illusion Boise St. might have about being able to hang with the SEC.

The only thing that matters is that the Tigers respect the Dawgs as a legitimate threat to keep them from their goals. Forget what the Dawgs have done well against anyone else they've played this season because it will not compute into great success against LSU. I do think UGA is the third best team LSU will have faced this season, behind 'Bama and Oregon.

UGA has no shot....

Saying "has no shot" is like saying that IAS didn't have a shot against OKS, or TT against OKU. Shite happens, but I wouldn't bet any money that it will next weekend.

I can predict the outcome....

LSU 34
UG 10

I understand you are a fan, but.... it aint gonna happen. It wont be close. You will be regulated down to the rest of the whining beat down fans the Tigers have left in thier wake of dominance all season long..... and no, it wont happen next year either... we will be better next year..

You do know that they can still get the call wrong even reviewing the play right? All they have to say is the ruling on the field was int and there is not "enough" evidence to overturn. Even if it looked like it might not be an int it's not "enough". I replayed it 5 times in slow motion and the bama receivers back hit the ground before lsu player pulled it out.

So does everyone think LSU wins in a blowout?
I think the comparisons between Arky and UGA are a bit misguided. Arkys receivers are far superior to UGAs. But UGA's oline would eat Arkys oline. Literally. The razorback Oline is made of marshmallow. Also, they're running game is better.

Looking at LSUs opponents, I think that UGA is a better version of State. Having said that, LSU by 10.

Are you crazy? arky's receivers are definately not better than uga's. We have a ton of freshmen that have came in and played outstanding like they have been there for 4 years. Mitchell,Bennett,Brown,King,Conley are better than arky's receivers.

There running game is better?! Really!?......not even worthy of commenting on.

Also the following positions(UGA) are better than LSU's as a WHOLE not one guy....

QB,TE,WR,LB

CB's and DB's are debatable.......

again you can knock our schedule if you want, but this is the SEC. We are head and tails above everyone else. losing 1 game only in SEC play is impressive.

Plus we can't play bama, lsu, arky every year.......they are in the west. We have to play more teams in our division first.

Also look at how many upsets there have been this year. And they are not minor upsets like UGA beating LSU, they are major upsets.

It's more surprising to see iowa state beat Okie state than uga beating lsu.

Remember when LSU lost to uga in the sec championship when everyone said uga didn't have a chance just like this year. Yeah you say THIS team is WAY better........but you would say that any year they went undefeated or 1 loss, it will always be the "best" lsu team every time....

How many top 25 teams have you beaten?

How many top 10 teams have you beaten?

It is the SEC. There are juggernauts in the conference that will come to your home field and play you close. Juggernauts like Kentucky.

Y'all only scored one, ONE TD in that game.

auburn, georgia tech......still the SEC

we beat auburn worse, miss state worse......

We could go back and forth about who LSU beat worse and UGA beat worse, the point im trying to make is that you can tell how close these teams can be at their best by how they play against same opponents. Yes LSU has played at a higher level MOST of the year, but all we have to do is play a little higher for this 1 game and we win.

you're delusional.

Ga. Tech hasn't been in the SEC for a while.

I personally hate it when we play y'all. Y'all always play us tough.

That being said, the Georgia team I've seen this year is nowhere near the one that always made me nervous. If you can't shred a doormat like Kentucky in Sanford Stadium..... you're gonna have a problem with a team that's stepped on every team they've played this year.
