This is a big key that people are overlooking. Right now, OSU is getting 6th place votes in the polls. In order to pass Bama, they have to maintain or increase their computer lead (which they definitely will if they beat OU), then they have to have 25% of the voters vote them #2, AND ALL OF THE REST have to vote them #3. For every voter that puts them below #3 (if there are any) they'll have to have another voter vote them #2. That's why OSU really needed a Stanford loss tonight.

just need 25 percent, according to lsumatt. We also need Clemson to come back and beat USCe and FSU to beat UF. Vandy beat Wake Forrest and UGA beat GA Tech. ACC losing does not help.
