Where were the parents in these sleepovers? I don't understand how a situation gets here.

Sandusky's Second Mile charity targeted "at-risk children". I'm sure a lot of them were from broken homes or were neglected.

why are the victims listed in reverse order...?
i agree with a poster above me: what parent allows their 8-13 year old son to sleep over at a man's house in a basement bedroom? they need to accept some neglence as well. just like the parents of the kids in the MJ trials all those years.
