To be fair Sun Hog, Arkansas hasn't exactly been tearing it up in the recruiting rankings.
Nope, and we are MUCH closer to the talent pool than Missouri so explain to me how Missouri will be in the top half of the SEC?

Four-star running back Jonathan Williams of Allen, Texas, confirmed Wednesday has decomitted from Missouri to explore other options.
Williams, ranked No. 16 among running backs nationally, said Missouri’s recent move from the Big 12 to the SEC did not play a major role in his decision to decommit. He said he is looking to play at a school a little closer to home. Because of that reason, Arkansas is now tops on his list of schools.
“Arkansas is closer,” Williams said via text message. “I haven’t committed, but they’re my leader.” - ESPN

I never said they would.
However, their football program is not going to just vanquish into thin air over this transition.
