Margaret is such a shitty character...hopefully Jimmy accidentally has someone put two in get head soon. I couldn't care less about her or her shitty family.

Tell us how you really feel. 
I'm going to be pissed if Slater gets knocked off because of her. That bathroom scene was some pretty intense shite. And it certainly doesn't hurt that he's rather easy on the eyes (you boys can't have all the fun).
I can't go longer than two weeks without Chalky. If his arse isn't there next week I'm not going to be a happy woman.
I have a feeling Harrow is going to take out Eli, just with his reaction to Eli putting Nucky on blast right there. Somebody needs to neuter his arse right quick.

Call it just a hunch.
Eli is a reckless bastard who put even his own brother under the knife (which got a little bit of a rise out of Harrow, something to effect of saying "he's your brother"). How pissed is Eli going to be if he finds out Jimmy helped botched the hit? Will he do something stupid (I'd put good money that he does)? We know Harrow is loyal to Jimmy and he doesn't have any quams about knocking someone off who isn't loyal, especially to his own family. And if Jimmy and Nucky end up hooking back up I think it's even less of a stretch that he'd be the one to do it.
Like I said, just a hunch. Just thought there might be a little foreshadowing there in that scene.

No way in hell that Nucky would turn away Eli only to make up with Jimmy. He wants the mom and Jimmy dead.

I'd reason to say he may want Eli dead even more. Especially when he finds out just how adamant he was in having Nucky killed.

It was nice seeing in the previews that Nucky will finally let Chalky go off. Hopefully we get to see it happen next episode.

did i miss something? didn't they shoot nucky?
I have like the biggest crush on earth on Julianne Nicholson lol (The new ADA woman, she plays in law and order criminal intent, a few shitty indie movies). My eyes lit up when I saw she was the new character, my GF was like "oh god not this shite" lol. she is so freaking cute to me.

Not my favorite episode.
Why did Slater kill that guy in the bathroom? Those Irish accents are pretty thick. Can't understand everything being said.
Also, I didn't get the whole Jimmy warning Nucky scene. Jimmy is having 2nd thoughts about the hit he put on Nucky so he goes and warns Nucky right in the nick of time? I just don't get what he said to Nucky before he was shot.
Eli saying lets kill Nucky was unexpected (at least for me). Very much surprised me.
90% of Margaret's talk with her father couldn't decipher what was being said.
So it looks like Nelson is playing Nucky? Or is he going along with the plan Nucky laid out for him?

Slater came to Nucky through a Sinn Fein money raiser guy, so he was pretty much an IRA enforcer type. Given his comments about the black and tans (British army constables in Ireland) and that dude being a traitor, I'd say the dude was former IRA who either just bolted or turned informer. Either way Slater had a secondary reason for hanging around with Nucky.

Of course, but when he's laying on the ground his hand is the only wound, he put his hand up and ducked at the same time. If you watched the preview for next week it shows Nucky with a bandage on his hand and walking around, for further confirmation.

Was a traitor to the Sinn Fein/IRA cause. Considering he went AWOL from Nucky to meet and kill this guy, it's pretty clear he has another agenda for sticking around AC besides helping Nucky and banging Margaret.
He says "It doesn't a difference if you're right or wrong. You just have to make a decision." He wasn't warning Nucky. I took it more as he didn't really agree with what was going to happen, but he made the choice and stuck with it. He did it for himself, not Nucky.
After last week, nothing Eli does is unexpected.
That was her brother just fyi.
Don't think he's playing Nucky. He just decided he wouldn't cave to the blackmail. Would totally ruin the scene where he's holding his baby and his response to when she makes a noise at the sound of "Abigail" to have him actually being Nucky's pawn.
I agree with the general sentiment that there needs to be more Chalky.

Another thought: I really think tonight might have been the episode that propels BE into the "great show" stratosphere. IMO the only thing really holding it back at this point was the Van Alden character. Tonight's ep made him much more than the stereotypical super-conservative religious freak who come to find out (shocker!) is a hypocrite.

Did he warn him? It seemed like more of a kiss goodbye like we saw last year when he talked to the guy in the coffee shop, then the sniper took him out. Watch it again and notice Jimmy's face when they say Nucky's alive. Looks like a "Oh frick" face to me.
Also Margaret is nothing more than a whore. She was a whore in Ireland who stole her Mom's money to run away. She was pregnant after she fricked some poor guy then accused him of raping her. She starts fricking Nucky before her husband's body is cold. Now she's fricking the help, in Nucky's bed, and she took the guy's cock out herself and put it inside her. Flat out WHORE. I hope Nucky chokes her to death.

Tnought it was a good episode personally. Finally got insight on Margaret. Got preggers, stole her mothers money to flee to America. Brother wants nothing to do with her as he sees what she is all about. Even gave the money back to her.
Think we all knew she was donna get the "D" from Owen when it was told they were home alone. Margaret's whoring around is gonna be her downfall. I can see Nucky and Owen going to war over her.
Jimmy sealed his fate with the missed kill on Nucky. As someone alluded to before, his face when they said Nucky was alive was priceless. Eli is dead too once its told he basically ordered the hit.
Whats the deal with Jimmy's mother? She playing both sides still banging Lucky it seems.
Why has no one in the city complained about the mayor missing? Did I miss something. Eli killed him right?
