I am 100% certain. All of the folks in my office have been telling me "I don't know, Alabama is really good & you guys are playing them at home". Well I say, "so"!!!!!!!!! Our guys are hungry for this and in my opinion extremely focused. They will not be moved by the noise, etc....We have got this. Now who is with me?

We beat WV on the road at night and the Oregon game wasn't at home either.
Where I see a key for us is our DL ripping their Tackles apart. Between that and the speed of our DE's Mccarron is going to have to make rapid decisons - I don't see that happening - he needs time to function. Chief is going to pressure him all night long. there may be a few plays where they are able to slip something past the seam of this rush though.

I've been watching football long enough to know that you don't what's going to happen when the lights come on, but I feel a best effort by LSU trumps a best effort by Bama.

I don't bet anymore but if I still did I would smash LSU +4.5 I think we win by 5-8 but the line should be bama -3. LSU +4.5 is easy $. I think we are better and we can talk stats and prior records all day. Bottom line is I've watched both teams and I think we have the edge.

If I had to bet a score I would go LSU 27-20. I just think we are better than bama by double digits at home so I'll give them a fg back for bds.

I honestly think we pull away at the end. We have worn down every team we have seen in the 2nd half. Alabama has been dominant but they has not faced a team like this. They will not be able to do shite on offense and RR or OBJ will get loose a couple of times in the 2nd half.

We're both really close as teams. Whoever wins the turnover battle, and/or whoever brings their A game whereas the other team doesnt.
Could be us, could be them. I got us 20-17

nobody in their right mind would be 100% certain that we will win...other than the coaches and players who practice and prepare.

i hope their confidence is high on Saturday night. All we need is to protect the ball and successfully run the ball opening up our passing game...oh, and get a takeaway or two (that's all)

Until the LSU Tigers show me something that says they can't, I will believe that they can.

:raiseshand:

I'm not a big smack talker before games and I haven't smack talked any Bama fans this week (I think), but I'm not even nervous about this game.

It will be close at half but I think we win by two scores.

We beat them last year and they had Trent Richardson AND heisman trophy winner Mark Ingram.

We also had the 107th rated passing game.

I think we're going to disappoint the bama fans and give them a beatdown of epic proportions . . . to go along with this epic hype.

I say 100% based on my faith in what I have seen these young men do all season long. I give Alabama respect in that they are a good team, but after watching the Alabama/Tenn game just a couple of hours after we spanked Auburn, I was convinced we can beat them. Why would Alabama and all of their dominance let a "non-ranked" team (no offense Tenn) hold them to 2 field goals going into halftime. Tenn's defense did their job and did it well and we're talking game 7 into Alabama's season. They can be beat at home. They robbed PP of that interception a couple of years ago, but we won't be robbed Saturday. Man-to-man, I say go in there and "take this game" guys!!!! How's that for "niave"???????
