Another idiot remark from Danny Kanell about LSU/Boise St

He just said on BCS Countdown that LSU/Boise St will be an incredible matchup in the Sugar Bowl. Really? Boise might be good, but LSU would destroy them. That would be one waste of a game.

It would be a huge interest in this game. All that "David vs Golliath" shite! Hope it is Boise. They will never cross midfield and it's a huge Superdome Crystal ball party!!

I would like to see a Boise St. / LSU matchup for the NC Game. That would mean LSU beat Bama (Arguably the best team in NCAA) and it would silence the Boise St. Crowd. A 28-0 LSU Halftime score would bring about much gnashing of teeth...and I would love it.

Absolutely not. No more than UF/Cincy, or Bama/Utah.....hell, UGA/Hawaii. NO one would give a rats arse except Boise haters, LSU fans and Boise fans.
No one would expect Boise to win. No one would care. You would rather LSU play some meaningless game against Boise than a game of interest vs Stanford, or someone like that? Makes zero sense.

Good Point Roger. I do want LSU to play in the NC Game, and play a quality opponent.

I would love to see BAMA destroy Boise in the Sugar. NC? Dunno. LSU v. whoever but Boise won't make it there. Anything could happen. Scott Wolf could get a concussion.

Another scenario would be if all the BCS computers got a virus, and all the human pollsters got a virus that Scott Wolf was mysteriously immune to. Then I could see it.
And I'm with all the posters who want to see a Boise beatdown but not in the BCSNCG. BUT... We see it once this year we probably will never have to worry about it again.

Yep Boise St. would be exiled to...well Idaho (oops they are already exiled)....LSU 49 Boise St.3 in the NC Games. But at least we would not have to listen to that crap anymore!!

But 90% of CFB fans qualify as "Boise haters."
What would you bet that the majority of the nation would be pulling for Boise over LSU? The only fanbases that really just hate Boise for some reason seem to be LSU and Ohio St.
Boise would definitely be the favorite of this very lowly viewer rated matchup.

Sorry misread this one. Since LSU will beat Bama I thought it was a LSU vs Boise State National championship. Who cares. We won't play in the Sugar
