Everyone claims that John Elway was the highest rated QB to ever come out of college in recent memory, but he (Elway) is not in the Top 5 NFL QBs in the last 30 years.

No he's not, his stats would definitely not be the same (DUH); but as someone mentioned earlier scouts just don't look at stats. His stock would be just fine.

According to who? I would say that a lot of people have him in the top 5 QBs of all time.
