There's not much to read. Just speculation. Supposedly Rockstar wants to get to real-world LA and real-world global recession could play a role in the game. That's just rumor, though.

How about GTA like San Andreas that takes place over the South and the aftermath of Katrina. New Orleans would be the main city (Bourbon City), maybe combine Nashville and Memphis into one city (Music City) and then maybe either Houston or Atlanta as the third city.
