The purple stripes on the jersey shoulders are a little too wide.

Looking ahead, Mett is only guaranteed a lot of play time against Western Kentucky.

we have a kicker that can put it in the endzone...WHEN WE WANT TO...we kick short when we can make a play...aka Auburn...FUMBLE..TOUCHDOWN...? you been watching the games?...

I'd like to see deeper kickoffs.

And I'd like to see Mett put in there in the fourth when we have big leads. We need to get him about four times as many reps as he's gotten to this point.
I would agree to the above. Also to add, and it's nit picking, but I don't like our run defense sometimes, we over pursue at the edges and teams tend to pick up big yardage against us on the outside.

I worry about our O-line play and depth vs Bama.

I worry if we remain patient and confident in our mojo throughout a close nail biter only because we've yet to face one.

I worry about the women and F'ING children in Alabama after the Tigers come to town!!!!!!!!

The lack of a deep KO is a legit concern. Hairston is an improvement, but a guy who can put it to the goal line with good hangtime would be a huge weapon.

Watch the game again, the ball was at the goal line several times on the kick off. I was actually wondering if I'd finally have a decent kick off in NCAA next season.

Ehh? Everybody & their grandmother latches onto this as a display of their leet f'ball skillz. Didn't you pay any attention to Peyton Manning talking about Lee's throw off the back foot (just last week)? I believe Manning said something like 75% of all throw are off the back foot, that QBs practice that, and it is no big deal.

Give it a rest.

If LSU brings the focus and preparation and willpower bringing about great execution that they showed yesterday, then there is no issue. That's about the only thing I could see getting us is if we don't execute.

there's nothing wrong with the post! as a team, you never completely arrive! and it's true, we do have some issues, but we are so damn good that it covers it up. i'm sure the coaches and team are talking about what they have to get better at. just imagine if lsu went into a game thinking you know what, we are at the peak of our game and there's nothing we can do to get better.

Since this thread was started, Eric Reid leaving his feet to tackle and grabbing at the ball carriers legs...Trent Richardson will make him pay if he does this against him.

yeah wit his arm strength and accuracy and his ability to anticipate defenders, etc. etc. etc. You got to look at that from a 6'5" qb with great vision, study skills, knowledge, etc. The great ones can get away with a heck of a lot more that those blessed with average for Div 1. He was # 2 in heisman voting as I recall as well.
