we really aren't running to the outside very much this year

what are we saving it for Bama or something??

This has been my theory all season. Once we create some distance in the score, we close the play book a little and save the big plays for tougher opponents. i.e. Bama!

I think our play calling has been superb this year.

Looks like Auburn has been hiding all those reverses, counters and halfback options for LSU specifically. Their D is steady to. Did we expect anything different?

I think it's been better than it has been. I wouldn't say superb.

I actually expected JL to throw a bomb on the first play in this drive. Two runs

Why crap? It's fact.

I know its true, but Gary and Verne like to make it seem like it's a footnote why our D is so Dominate is all.

Patience tiger fans. You commit to the run for 2 yards in the 1st quarter so that your runs in the 4th are for 20. Never forget football is a game of attrition. Fundamentally. Quick strikes are great and build momentum. But power is king.
