Math fail.
If you are trying to say 2 people attended games in 98 and 1 person attends games now, that would be a 100% increase (from 1 to 2).
However, you COULD say there was a 50% decrease from 1998 to 2011.
Going from 1 to 2 = 100% increase
Going from 2 to 1 = 50% decrease.

They gave away free tickets by the bunches, and the Dome was nearly packed for the LTU win to finish the perfect regular season.
