Revised LSU vs. Auburn Prediction Thread

The fact that Mathieu, Ware, and Simon will be out for the Auburn game has been all but confirmed and discusses ad nauseum.

How in gods name do you people think Auburn is going to score 24 or 27 points.
Do you guys not pay attention to anything outside of LSU football?

I think LSU still wins, but that it won't be as much of a blowout.
This is tough to explain - for example, the MSU win was only 19-6 but State was never in the game. The difference with Auburn is that LSU is still highly likely to win, and it may be by a little or by a blowout.
But Auburn's chances to get the upset just jumped. Not hugely though, LSU is quite deep at virtually every position and the dropoff will not be large. Honestly, maybe this will give Mathieu a chance to focus more on tackling and less on trying to strip the ball on every play.

It really doesnt matter much. Auburn has lost 3 of f dl line top wr likely out starting new guy at QB, they are really battered too. Theie defense is really bad but offense is worse 34-10.

Same reason there were tons of "Tennessee is gonna be a trap game" and people were posting scores of 17-24 points for them
