One week was ok, but how much longer do I have to look at manly men playing a manly sport while wearing pink?

Why is pink feminine? It's a color. And it's for breast cancer. Really, if this is something that bothers you, it's time to re-evaluate your priorities in life.

It's still football and they still hit each other.

I think every one is well aware of breast cancer. Do we really need another awareness month?

If you're so insecure in your manhood that a simple color endangers your unwillingness to take it in the arse, then you have more problems than you realize.

Yeah. If you can't wear it (or see men wear it playing football) that's you projecting your own issue with it.

I would think that some men are secure enough in their "manliness" that it doesn't bother them.

This actually does anger me, there are a lot of other cancers that are a lot worse that get no pub because of breast cancer awareness. Hopefully pancreatic will get more with the whole jobs thing.

Disclosure: i think all cancer is bad and should be focused on equally.

Yeah! I want to see every show with a woman on it wearing a brown ribbon.

You could boycott the NFL and all the products that they try to sell during commercials of their games or write Goodell a strongly-worded letter.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think that wearing pink makes any of those guys looks the least bit feminine. The pink doesn't bother me. It's not like they're wearing pastel pink ribbons in their hair.

I think you need to get over it. The NFL is trying to do something to give back to the community. They wear this pink stuff and then auction it off for money to help breast cancer research. How could that be a bad thing?

Then go out and organize it. This isn't a zero sum game. Nothing is stopping you from trying to start prostate cancer awareness month, which would be a noble cause.
