What're their "names?" If we say Spicy sent us, do we get half off a handy in the VIP?

Varsity I could maybe get, but why would BWW be any more "electric that you could feed off it," than anywhere else?

Thanks, I'm definately gonna hang on campus for a while and enjoy the atmosphere and the weather before hunkering down somewhere for the game.
Varsity. It's right near campus. Enjoy the game day atmosphere and walk to the stadium as if you're going in (north end zone) then walk on over to the Varsity--it's right at Chimes and Highland.

MugShots is really great. And not too crowded. Fantastic burgers and good beer. It's Towne Center.

I'd rank them like this:
1.) Pluckers (Bluebonnet)
2.) Pluckers (Nicholson)
3.) BWW
4.) Mugshots
5.) Varsity
6.) Shady's
7.) Everything else.

Bulldog isn't a good gameday atmosphere, don't listen to them.

Damn, how young are you people? I would hate any of those places for a game.

Different strokes, but these are the most packed places for gameday. So obviously your opinion isn't the majority.

I know im out of my prime when it comes to where the cool kids hang out. Now I like being able to sit down, enjoy a comfortable, but good atmosphere, eat decent food, and drink good beer when I watch a game.

Pluckers and mugshots don't provide these? Have you BEEN to the new pluckers? It's pretty amazing.

The Varsity has something called "Thirst and Ten" for the games. You pay a $10 cover and you get a big cup to keep and it's all-you-can drink miller lite and a meal (usually a huge hot dog or red beans and rice from The Chimes). They put the game on the big movie screen.

I wish we had one here in Lake Charles. The BWW just doesn't cut it. Their wings are good but leave a bit to be desired.

Then again, it's Lake Charles. Who knows when we'll get another new restaurant.

BWW is definitely NOT for the food. It's for the atmosphere and beer. Their food is just good enough to snack on during a game, not to be your main meal of the evening.

Although the burgers are dang good and huge.

+1

Sucks though because here in LC, that's all we have to work with.

It really blows. It's this or some locally owned place called "Huddle up."

Never been there.

I wish we had a Pluckers or a Hooters.

But really? Nothing else in LC? BWW is better than nothing I guess.

I'm telling you, man. There is no other option. It's pretty sad, if you think about it.

Other than staying at home.

Really retarded. I don't get it. It's BWW or this:

Never heard of it. I was born and raised here however I did live in Florida for almost 11 years.
