You can pretty much mark Mizzou off the expansion list

LINK

With the new rights deal being agreed to, this will keep the Big XII in tact and add teams.

If all nine schools sign off on the agreement, it would end speculation that Missouri would bolt to the SEC.

I think you really need to look up the word IF.

They are expected to sign. The IF is from the article.

You may be right, but the key word is still"if". I'm not sure what the point would be for the Mizzou board of curators to still meet tomorrow in regards to conference affiliation. This script is reading a lot like A&M's at this point....

I know.. all this drama is crazy. All teams and conferences should just flat out say what they want. Lol. its like middle school.. Mizzou is sending notes to the SEC and B1G asking to check here if they like them or not. Meanwhile WVU is saying I love you to the cute girl (SEC) and getting no outward acknowledgement but when not around her friends winks back.

You just need to give it up.

MU has showed no signs of staying. Hell, Brady Deaton excused himself from the Big 12 Board of Directors meeting today a few times under the advice of legal counsel.

And of course speculation would end if we signed that agreement, but we haven't and I see no signs pointing to us signing it.

I wouldn't say "tricking" but their reporting on Big 12 expansion has been less than ethical...

Original poster may be quite surprised at about this time tomorrow, after Mizzou's Curators meet.

Agreed. All signs point to us leaving the Big 12 and I don't see us going to the B1G.

WVU will take the spot we leave open.

Give what up? There is nothing to give up or concede. No one at this point knows whats up/down/left/right/black/white etc..

OP from WVU just shot down the "pretty much" wording of his initial post.

Cool, they can now focus on adding some new teams and renaming themselves the Little 12.

Your post reeks of despiration and false hope.

It takes effort to try and spin the link you posted as fact. It doesn't say anything new at all.

MU hasn't agreed to anything.

The Missouri curators are going to meet tomorrow afternoon and go into executive session. What will they discuss?

Giving Deaton the authority to explore conference affiliation? Surely that was done weeks ago.

Hear Deaton's recommendation and decide to stay in the Bevo 9 or seek admission to the SEC? Probably, in my opinion.

Not even discuss conference affiliation and agree to the new Big 12 tier one and two media agreement? Unlikely, in my opinion.
