I love statements like these.

It's not his spot anymore. That's the issue.

I have heard several sources say that JJ will lead several 3 and out series this weekend in the second quarter.

This is ridiculous. We have running a completely different offense for 6 weeks now. You can't just decide to run a different one.

Me too. I also love the asshats that want to fire miles over each and every decision he makes because they don't agree with him.

Fire the coach of the #1 team in the nation because you don't agree with every decision he makes. This fanbase is full of people who are fricking insane.

Is there any coach in the country that has to put up with retards like the LSU fanbase?

The unsettling thing is that deep down you know that is exactly what he would prefer to do.

This.

Whether they will admit it or not, most LSU fans are really concerned that Les will do it. That he will put his blind loyalty to Jefferson ahead of the what's best for the team, and a truly special season could go down the crapper.

Interesting... considering that it's already mid week and HE'S NOT EVEN ON THE TEAM

My sources say that JJ as been working out on the side with some of the team so he can be ready to go.

Completely different offense my arse. Its not that different from last years. They have made no real changes except for maybe the read option.

Nobody with a brain wants him starting. I held out longer than most (after game 1), but gave it up after week 2. Lee's doing a good job and it simply wouldn't do to sit him without cause.

It does sound very realistic. Do we really think that our offense now will be able to do the same thing against FLA, who actually has a strong d-line? We will have to open it up a lil bit and take the protections off of Lee to win these games.

Per the SEC Rant's Latarian, Jefferson's reinstatement press conference will be held today, at 4.

So LSU scheduled the reinstatement press conference before the Grand Jury has even deliberated?

All the plays we've run this year were probably contained in last year's playbook. That doesn't mean we're running the same offense.

Our offense is completely different from every game we played last year except for the Cotton Bowl.

You damn right we ran the read option last yr. Now was it ran right, meh. All they did was purge the offensive playbook from last year and make it simpler. The coaches said that is what they were going to do.
