in on first page.
I wish him well, but I hope whatever happens, only improves the team situation.

Hillar said it might take up to 3 sessions to present everything. I hope they do, I'm sick of the distraction taking away from what would otherwise be a magical season so far. I long for the day I can open TD and not see a thread about him.

Wish JJ the best but you must pay for mistakes in the world we all live.

"The fact of the matter is Mr. Jefferson gave inconsistent statements — at least three in the beginning — none of which can be reconciled with the other," Bienvenu said. "There will be some questions that will be asked that I'm sure will be difficult for Mr. Jefferson to answer based on what I know. Whether Mr. Jefferson can answer those questions and satisfy the concerns of the grand jury remains to be seen."

It may take some more time to get the actual "decision". Today is just the day that JJ will testify.

Did anything ever come of the other non-football guys involved in the fight? I've tried to avoid this story, in general.

this.
plus from what I was told there are other wittnesses to be questioned.
This thing will be lucky to come to and 3 weds from now, much less today.

it is simply ... choices and consequences.
Had he not broken curfew, none of this would have happened. That simple action, placed him in the wrong place / wrong time at best.

the only mistake that we know he made at this point was breaking curfew

Just from what I know about some of JJ's facial expressions and demeanor and the response that they elicit in people, I would never put him on the stand.
Well, he will be asked very quickly whether he hit Lowery with his feet or hands. At that point it becomes an issue of doctor statements and x-rays. And didn't this guy say that he didn't kick him in the head? (I guess that would be technically true if he hit him in the neck or ear... it is what it is.)
Shoot, with JJ's testimony he might get indicted for attempted murder.

Title of thread is misleading.
The decision may not come today.
