Thanks for all of the suggestions folks.
I have decided to book a night at a bed and breakfast on St. Charles Ave. Saturday and will keep my Gautreau's reservations. And yes, we will probably walk to the restaurant.
Being that dinner is not until 8:30, we will probably stop into one of the previously mentioned restaurants for a late afternoon round of appetizers and drinks while shopping.
It is only 4 or so miles from my house, but it is amazing what staying a nice place away from home will do for a woman and her mood. :)
