Who's a better WVU QB Geno Smith or Major Harris?

all depends upon what you call a quarteback. if you call a qb as one who is able to deliver the ball to his wr's accurately. then it's geno
if you call a qb as one who is able to improvise and turn something out of nothing, be it with his feet or his arm. then it's major.
the more accurate comparison would be geno vs mark bulger....and major should be compared to pat white
each are similar in skill sets
