There is one opening Next to Target in Baton Rouge (Siegen Lane)
Anyone ever eaten at this place before? Does anyone know who the franchise is?

Went to one in MS, Gulfport I think. Like a subway/quiznos but much much better.

Which Wich is the fricking bomb. You design your own sandwich down to the smallest detail and they make it for you in two minutes. One of the few places I could eat at every day and never get tired of it.

Ordering from which wich is the most difficult task there is in any restaurant. With that said, it's delicious and far better than Subway and Quiznos.

The one at the boardwalk in Bossier is ok. It's definitely not as "gourmet" as some people make it out to be. I guess I don't really care for it because S'port/Bossier has Deli Casino, The Real Pickle, Logan Farms, Rollin' in the Dough, Poboy Express, Cush's Grocery, Fairfield Grocery & Market Cafe, etc.. So there are much better sandwich options than an overhyped chain.

it's pretty good. they opened a couple in my hometown a few years ago and they have done great.

this. i've got one within a few minutes walk of my office but i've only eaten there a couple of times. i don't find it all that great. if i'm grabbing a sandwich for lunch at one of these types of places, i much prefer Jimmy Johns.

If Subway is like a 5, wich wich is like a 7. It tastes better, but its still just mediocre fast food.

I agree with notslim99. The fact that they have so many options and those cute little bags to mark your choices on is cool, but it's not the end-all-be-all of sandwiches. I had a Reuben from there today and I will say that Jason's Deli and O'Brien's (which is also on the Boardwalk) serve a better Reuben.
But for fast food, it's fine. Better than edible but about on par with Subway/Quiznos.
P.S. my boss wanted to buy Which Wich or I wouldn't have eaten it today.
