This whole mess has worked out better than I could have ever imagined.
A&M is completely held hostage by BAYLOR!
OU just got shot down in their attempt to go to the Pac without Texas.
Seriously, from a Texas perspective, this is priceless.
I know you guys hate Texas.....fine. I would hate us and our network too. Still, even the most rabid Longhorn hater has to admit the comedy in all of this is beyond measure.

If OU wanted to get the last laugh they could go to the SEC. I wonder if the SEC would take the OU/OSU package.

You're right, there is a lot of comedy in that NO conference wanted Texas with the Longhorn Network..

Not quite comedy. Your school's superiority complex (which put's my school's fanbase to shame) has literally fricked up the entire landscape of college football. Conferences are now having to raid other conferences who are now dying a slow painful death they don't deserve. There will be teams that were previously in good situations tossed out on their asses to be picked up by the likes of the WAC or Mountain West or God forbid, Conference USA.
I don't think there is any comedy to it at all.
