No DNA match means the test was negative, not inconclusive. Did the prosecutor write the headline?

The question is, how long will the GJ hear evidence, and then how long until we get their result?

How can no matches be inconclusive unless you believe that the DNA lab doesn't do a good job of matching?
In that case, all DNA evidence submitted from that lab would be in question which would open up a whole different can of legal worms.

The Grand Jury will indict. The old saying that a GJ would indict a ham sandwich is pretty right on.

I'd like to hear from some of the real attorneys that post here.

Hillar presents a poor case, by design, and the Grand Jury returns with no true bill. No indictment.

Once jj is in game shape, lee should only see the field for coin tosses and the first series on senior day. Forget chemistry, give me third down conversions.

Hate to say it, but if we lost to WV, most are going to want JJ to play...

I'm not going back through this thread, so has this question been answered?

Taking this into consideration:

quote:

Results of DNA taken from suspended quarterback Jordan Jefferson and suspended linebacker Joshua Johns are inconclusive, Moore added. There were no matches to the victims, he said.

Someone tell me how no matches to victims = inconclusive? Would it not just be negative for a match?

They're really going through with the felony charges?

I never expected that to even make it to the grand jury without being reduced.

I hope they walk and they all give a big to the idiots that actually tried to charge them with the felony. What they are accused of (if they did it) does NOT warrant a felony charge. That is absolutely ridiculous
