I am not a better at all but I just dropped a dime spot on the tigers tonight. THAT is how confidence I am in this game.

Don't do it man. The only reason this line is where it is, is the talking heads calling it their upset pick for the last 6+ weeks.
There will be a lot of betting folks outside of SEC country that will feel duped by the constant chatter about MSU pulling the upset when LSU covers easy and the depth starts to show in the 2nd half.

if you can't justify the other team actually being better straight up just because fades are just as silly as the free money people....but hey you're an experienced "better"

Yea the better team always covers right? I could definately see LSU winning by 3.

The best play in these situations is a no play

Does anyone have a link or can post how heavy people are betting LSU?

I am one of them. I have a hard time seeing how MSU is going to score. I think if LSU can score 17pts they can win(and cover)
50U
LSU-3.5
we'll see

Relf's going to be looking at his LT about 3 times a play too. No doubt he'll be skittish after he gets beat once or twice.

Yeah mine is now at -4 too.
Waited to long
Still a good play with LSU -4?

The only 2 things I see going against LSU, are that State just lost a game, and then the dreaded Miles factor.
2 Losses a year alot of times to teams we have no business losing to. We are usually extremely conservative on the road. I wonder if we were to get down by 10 if we would open it up. Or if we waited until the 4th quarter to do that.
There is also the issue of we've never really had to experience a Miles' coached team with a thursday night game with little time to prepare. Last time we played Miss St. on a thursday night, it was a season opener. Much different.
But all of that withstanding....we are more talented, had more time to prepare than Miss St....and both of our lines should win the line of scrimmage.

I still like LSU to cover but there are many in this thread that would argue to stay away now that it's moved to 4. I truly anticipate LSU to win by 14-17 points.
Miss State is beat up from that Auburn game and LSU didn't sustain a single major injury this weekend.
