Not hearing much about it?? I was there but got there really early and had a spot saved, but parking would have been easy. I don't think it'll be that way for any other game, outside of wku. What were y'all thoughts? Haven't heard much about how things went.

Tailgating was ruined. Nobody tailgating on Highland by the AG center. Interior of campus was a ghost town....empty. $40 was far too high. If it was $20, they would have sold tons more.

Tons of empty spots over by the parade grounds.

Hart Lot (free parking) was almost completely full by noon apparently...

ETA: Also, it wasn't really the biggest game, and tailgating still looked pretty good to me.

Seemed less populated in normally more heavily used areas..even for this type of game.. I assume it will be based on the type of game from here on out... Sad really..they should learn from this and either scale the price to the game or abolish paying for crappy games.. And while the stadium was packed there simply wasnt a many people on campus as usual.. That was the one thing I noticed..

I was curious how the parking was working out as well. I thought my tailgate would be smaller due to the parking regs but that was not the case.

A few who use to tailgate on the parade grounds showed up to my tailgate and said they are only tailgating 2 games this year (Florida and Auburn). I'm guessing it'll be the same for several groups.

However, for Western Kentucky it'll be a ghost town.

that in itself is a pretty good indication that things were not nearly as bad as expected....frankly, the stadium will be filled as usual, so there will be exactly the same number of folks on campus as there always has been...people like to tailgate, so I don't see that changing either...

all of the season passes are the same as before and all of the free parking in the hayfield and levee lots is unchanged...

basically, the only thing that I would see happening is that the existing tailgates in the affected areas get bigger and people carpool in to them....

may actually help the traffic situation, too...

We hit Kirby Smith around 2:00 and it was pretty full. We noticed some spots opened up right before heading to TS, I guess it was the tailgaters with no tickets heading home. The tailgating around Kirby Smith seemed pretty good, but I really don't have anything to compare it to, because this was my first time tailgating in that area.
