I have ordered these types of games for the last few years via directv.
call them to order and MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU WANT THE ONE GAME BECAUSE YOU ARE IN THE BLACKOUT AREA!
At least twice, they simply charged me for ESPN game plan for the day and when game time comes I get blacked out. Both times I had folks over waiting for the game to start while I was on the phone in the bedroom getting it straightened out.
Also, I dont recall seeing it available until 24 hours prior to kickoff. its usually some channel in the 700's like 787 or the like.

This is interesting. I had assumed that WKU would also be on Tigervision/Gameplan. According to the schedule, it has a TBA start time, which suggests that it is in the CBS/ESPN package. Good news for me!
