Saw it last night. Excellent movie. I won't say anything more because I don't want to give anything away, but this movie is well worth your time. Two big thumbs up.

Also, a little langiappe. My wife and I saw Crazy, Stupid Love recently. It was okay, but man it sure was depressing for a romantic comedy. My rating for this movie is: "If you're a guy you could do worse if your S.O. is dragging you to a chick flick."

+1. Saw this a couple days ago. Had wanted to see it but forgot about it. Couldn't convince myself to see the Apes movie, then found a theater with this playing.

The Debt is good, but for movies based on the Holocaust at the theaters now, Sarah's Key is better.

Yeah, The Debt is this years Oscar-bait as the annual Holocaust related movie Hollywood pumps out like it's mandated by law.

If you've seen Munich what's the point of this little entry except to fill this favored-status sub-genre? They are really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. Go watch Munich.

When you mentioned Munich, I had to Google it because it sounded familiar, but I wasn't sure if I had seen it. I watched the trailer and then I remembered seeing it. Since it was before I was an active and critical viewer, I had forgotten it; how easy it is for that to happen when we are lazy. And honestly, I can't remember if I thought it was a good movie or not. I suppose I will have to watch it again.

I thought the first two-thirds of The Debt was fantastic. For me, the last act was a little disappointing. Well, I take that back, I just didn't like how it was wrapped up. Worth seeing, but I didn't love it.

I need someone to post what they thought of the ending. I'm still trying to work thru it.

Yea The Debt looks exactly like Munich except you replace terrorists with Nazi war criminals

Just saw it last night, and this sums up exactly how I felt. I really liked it, but I didn't like the feeling that the end of the movie left me with. Very unsatisfying.
