cross games are over. LSU and Florida will no longer be a permanent opponent. It will be rotating to keep competitive balance and to eliminiate inequities. It was one of major points discussed with regards to expansion.

If they drop the permanent games I bet that means Auburn and Alabama are both moving east.
UGA-Auburn and Alabama-Tennessee stay intact as does the iron bowl.

I think it's all about the money. So whatever is necessary the University Presidents will do to capitalize on the money they could bring in. If that means removing old rivalries, they'll probably do it.
