Saw on the Miss State schedule, the LSU game is a "white-out" game. Does that mean the actual football team will wear white as well? I thought the home team had to get permission from the road team to wear white at home.

It's going to look stupid if State still wears maroon, and LSU and the entire crowd are in white.

In conference play the home team can wear whatever it wants. Does not need permission anymore.

in an SEC game the home team decides. Rule went in the week of the 1999 Florida-LSU game. Home team has to get permission in a non-conference game.

State built the 2007 game up as a "white out" on a Thursday night for ESPN. That didn't work out for them so well.

On their season tickets, they also print "wear white" or "wear maroon"......

Heard from a very reliable source at MSU that the team will still wear the maroon jerseys. So, we should be wearing white, as usual.

I'm quite certain LSU fans are too cool to do this, but, will most LSU fans traveling to Starkville wear gold, or purple?

The tickets are hillarious.

"THIS IS OUR STATE" "White Out Game"

Could they steal any more traditions from Penn State?

Really? Who comes up with this shite for State? They have a "White Out" for the game that LSU is wearing all white, and a "Maroon & White" game scheduled for the South Carolina Game whose colors are damn near the same as State's.
