This one made the most sense:

Honestly, I think the majority of Hog fans are way too cocky in this rivalry. Yes, we have beat them three of the last four games, but all of those games could have gone either way. Last year we did show dominance in the last drive, but we never clearly owned them throughout the match or anything.

Houston Nutt pulls out a 3OT victory against the Tigers in 2007. That game could have gone either way. In 2008, we were down by a few possessions but pulled out Miracle on Markham #2. I was there by myself at the game (my buddy left) as everyone cleared out of War Memorial in the 3rd quarter.

I know this sounds anti-Hog and reeks of pessimism, but I'm simply trying to be real here. The game with LSU is always a great one. And the last five or so match-ups with them seriously could have gone either way. Currently we are just on the winning end. This game is going to be a close one as always.

75% in the last 4 against lsu says otherwise . odds are in our favor. you have no qb . decent rb's for sure but you can't run against a stacked line .

This was a good one. We sound just pathetic. No QB. DECENT RBs!? And we won't be able to run against their stacked line. Psshh...

They are just biased fans. Just like folks on here.

Arkansas is going to be good this year. They very well could take down Bama. They are about as good going into the year as they have been for some time. So it's not surprising that some of their posi-Hogs are in full on boner mode.

Regardless what any hog fan says, LSU is still and always will be, Arkansa's superbowl. They could win the next 13 and still not be
.500 against us.

This. Don't get me wrong, I want to beat them, but it gets hard to take their fans on here seriously. Their lack of hardware does not seem to be a concern, the fact that The Ohio State University beat them in the Sugar Bowl does not seem to be a concern, the fact that last year (which was also supposed to be "their" year) they did not even win the SECW does not seem to be a concern. All they care about is beating LSU.

It's a little sad, but quite funny.

I actually met a Hog fan one time in Memphis- 1996. There on business, it's his company, Im the client. He's older maybe 12-15 years than me. Might use his services.

We're at dinner, he's had a couple. He knows my history, where I'm from graduated, what I do etc...Told me earlier he was a Hog fan, didn't mean much, Arky was new to the SEC then, but I knew a little of our history with them.

We start talking football and I drop the 1966 Cotton Bowl on him. Like I said, I've read numerous times on LSU football history so I knew they were #2 and were thought to be one of CFB's best teams of all time, that good. I had read that when LSU walked into their hotel, some Arky fans pointed and laughed that "look they decided to show up" pointing at the Tigers like they were suppose to be intimidated because LSU was only 8-3, a normal Cholly Mac year really.

Well I'm telling the guy the story I had read and how it got the team all fired up and they went out and kicked Pig Butt 14-7 and ruined Arky's NC (#1 lost or some shite) and their long arse win streak and the grown man starts the water works right at the table!!!

Tells me his mommy and daddy had taken him to the game in Dallas as a bday present and they went to the hotel and they taunted the team and that his dad was one of taunters and that he knew it was the reason they lost all his life and now it was confirmed

I thought he was shitting me. I really did. But when I kinda had a little laugh he did not appreciate it one bit

So ever since I've always thought Arky has some inner issue with LSU

I know tldr and csb

The reality is that LSU has not been as good as the Hogs the last 2 years.

Fear? No. But I respect them. They have less talent yet always give us a good go and win more than they should. You damn well know that in late November, a lot of us are going to be "nervous" about the Arky game.

I saw that one. If anything we are too giddy over certain performances and too critical of others. I don't see anyone being scared of anything, we do like to hear our name on national broadcast alot but that's more proud than anything

Arkansas fans are the shittiest on this board by far. I consider them to be the shittiest in the entire conference in reality. They have accomplished nothing since I've been alive. I'm 30.

Enough said.
