seems somewhat dramatic to deny the letter being sent in the morning and then make it official later in the afternoon on the same day, yes?

color me confused.

Its only dramatic because of shitty journalism standards. If it hasn't been confirmed, it shouldnt be reported.

To clarify this, A&M sent a letter stating IF the SEC invites us, we will be withdrawing from the big12.

The attorneys have to finish analyzing the Big 12's response letter from yesterday. They'll take their time and rack up plenty of billable hours in the process.

You are dumb if you think the SEC is not going to jump on getting aTm.

You're also dumb if you think we wouldn't do all this shite if we weren't positive we would get an invitation.

SEC will jump on an aTm application (if they exit the Big 12 first).

But they aren't sending aTm and invitation.

A&M gets a divorce first...

Then the SEC will present the engagement ring the same day...

A little easier to understand this way??

Only A&M and someone else. Not them alone.

I wouldn't be so sure. Unless someone else is keeping it completely under wraps, it sure looks like A&M will be applying on its own.
