If we fall on our faces in Dallas is there any reason not to just hand over the reigns to ZM and take our lumps this season? I would prefer he get the game experience rather than milking out a 2 loss season with Bama so strong this year.

I personally think we should hand it over now.

So the 2nd string QB moves up to starter, and the 3d string QB moves up to Most Popular Man in Baton Rouge.

No reason to do this with every goal of the season still in play. The MSU game on thursday night is more important than this coming weekend.

I do think that Mett should get snaps with the first team OLine against Northwestern regardless of what happens against UO. There is absolutely no reason not to get him some real snaps as soon as possible in that game now that he is the backup. You never know when a fluke injury could give Les no choice but to play him.

If you push him into the starting role too soon and he fcks up bad, you have a mental case on your hands is the only real reason I can think of not to do it.

Just give him plenty of snaps late in the games we have in control.

did anyone ever think that just maybe we will beat Oregon with Lee at QB?

Unless Lee is the sole reason for the loss, there shouldn't be a change.

Apparently many rantards don't think this can happen.

Especially the guy who started THIS thread.

"If we fall on our faces"

How do some of y'all even think like that. I swear some of y'all would throw this season away just to see if Mett can handle the SEC or not. There's a reason he wasn't able to beat out JJ or LEE since he's been here.

Yeah it is called CLM and his favoritism. Same reason that KW never played and same reason MF42 won't play this season.

I think you start giving this guy every opportunity to get ready for next year. That said, as long as Lee is getting the job done, it's Lee's spot to lose.

I was hoping you wouldn't say that.

You're referring to Keiland Williams?

Unless I'm really confusing another player with the same initials and who wore #5, I'm really confused.
