Just go ahead and name Lee the starter...

The big media thing is "the starting quarterback at LSU". Well strip him of that title. He at the bare minimum broke team rules and didn't adhere to the curfew that was established to keep him out of this situation. That could be labeled as part of his punishment. Let him play significantly if it gives us the best chance to win. And re-instate as starting QB when this all blows over. If he's convicted of anything, Lee will retain the starting job unless Mett shows he can handle it. Win, win situation.

Along with 19 other LSU players....you suspend him for bare minimum you have to suspend the others

Wait....Jefferson broke curfew? Might be suspended? When did all this happen? Has this ever been discussed before?
ETA: I think Miles knows who's going to star the game, he's just keeping Oregon (and the nation) guessing.

I hope CLM has done whatever he needed to do to (1) protect his players as much as they deserve to be protected, and (2) get this team focused on what could be a big year. If that includes naming Lee the starter, even in private, I'm all for it.

The fact that JJ has not been suspended yet leads me to believe hes not as guilty as some posters here want him to be. Team LSU is ready for the season to start.

I just don't understand why everyone wants miles to go public with this right now. If you don't think miles hasn't known what he was going to do since Friday morn, you're dense.
why not use this to your advantage? Why not make chip Kelley prepare for 2 different styles of offense? Why give him a full 10 days to prepare for one qb?
